EVENT-SPECIFIC TRAINING

Our small group training sets us apart from others who offer Sports Performance Training. Maximum Impact Training offers private lessons for all ages and skill levels. This is an ideal option for an athlete who wants to work on specific skills in a more private setting. Features of our program include:

  • Skill Specific Training:Athletes always train with other athletes who are at a similar skill level. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced player, you will be challenged as you compete in a small group with athletes who are similarly skilled.
  • Small Groups:We form the groups, no more than 6-7 athletes in a group. We generally maintain smaller groups when training less skilled athletes.
  • Session Format: Each 1.5-hour session will consist of drills designed to improve sprinting, jumping, strength, power and footwork, as well as confidence and understanding of the competition.
  • Flexible Schedule:Once you select and sign up for one of our training packages (see below), you will have access to our online scheduling where you will be able to view and sign up for training sessions.
