WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
Good morning! I was so excited that I sent you a text last night after Tyler ran his 200 meter open at his track meet. I should not have done that. He mentioned after the race that he was excited to tell you about it. SO PLEASE act like I didn't say a thing. He would be upset with me. I just couldn’t help it!! I know the training is paying off and that’s what helped him.

Our daughter was interested in improving her track skills during the offseason. We tried the MIT program and are very impressed. MIT has been an invaluable resource as they have improved her technique, strength, and speed. She looks forward to each workout, as the instructors are highly skilled, focused, and positive. It is priceless to hear our daughter say “I learned so much”, and to see the results. – Suzanne S.
Thank you so much for working with me, though, I learned a lot and I will keep remembering to run with my "ear to pocket"! I can't believe how much stronger and better my running form has gotten, and I will keep working to improve it. Thank you so much for being so warm and friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed MIT training. -- A. Leslie
Hey, I wanted to thank you and Isaac for the time you put into Milan. Gymnastics took her spirit for a while and I haven't seen her excited in a while about a sport. She looks forward to training and learning a new sport. Just wanted to say thank you!

I joined MIT at the recommendation of my high school football coach at Benilde. He thought that if I worked hard in the offseason, I would be able to improve my football skills for my senior season.
I began my MIT workouts in December of my junior year in high school. I continued working out with MIT until the week before football season began. They helped me work out the right way. I never wasted a workout session.
Prior to working out with MIT, my 40-yard dash time was 4.9 seconds. My vertical jump was 28. I got my 40-yard dash time down to 4.6 seconds consistently. My vertical jump increased to 36 inches. For a 6’5” and 235 lbs. wide receiver, those are Division I football numbers for sure.
My senior football season showed a huge athletic improvement from my junior year. I got the attention of multiple Division I football coaches at colleges that I wanted the opportunity to attend. I was able to get the attention of one of the top five college prep schools in the United States. I will attend The Lawrenceville School in, New Jersey for my post-graduate year in the fall of 2014.
I found the best training available to me with MIT.
