THE CORE OF OUR TRAINING
To improve the athlete’s physiological state of readiness and confidence. The more confident an athlete has in his or her ability, the better the athlete will perform. An expectation for us is for the athletes to exhibit technical mastery in their best practices leading into the competition as well as the day of performance.
ACHIEVE A HIGHER LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE
To achieve a higher level of performance players must consistently attend workouts in order to create a more efficient neuromuscular pattern. A more efficient and conditioned neuromuscular pattern the least likely players are to get injured. If an injury does occur the recovery time will be faster to a well-developed neuromuscular pattern.
TRAINING APPROACH
Training approach includes linear and circular speed development. Agility drills that improve the athletic balance and athletic coordination that is critical to reprogramming in-balances and preventing injuries. Conditioning Training that focuses on reducing oxygen consumption during a sport and increasing maximum performance sustain output.

WHO WE ARE
We are a team of experienced specialists, coaches, certified trainers, and training innovators dedicated to client’s personal growth. We consist of current, former college, and pro athletes. Our strength is the “Non-Cookie Cutter Approach” and program design that develops best gains in the least amount of time collectively. Our experienced and certified staff has 30+ years accumulated training.
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Melvin is the founder of MIT and Track Minnesota Elite Club Team and has dedicated the past 20 years coaching and developing hundreds of youth. Also known as the “Doctor of Form”, he is considered on of the best running form teachers in the country. Melvin is also the proud father of three division 1 student-athletes; son Isaac Wisconsin Badger Wide Receiver, daughters Taylor and Elise Anderson UConn Husky Track Sprinters.

Coach Isaac is originally from Minneapolis area attended Blake High School where he excelled in football, basketball, and track. Isaac, who received a football scholarship from the Wisconsin Badgers is a certified personal trainer and has personally trained and gained experience from several elite combine training organizations in the country.

Coach Rumen has been a fitness consultant for 6 years. He has a gargantuan passion for the human development and performance industry. He specializes in two areas of human development and performance. 1st Mental training and 2nd Aerobic cross-training. His philosophy for all athletes is “train the mind and the body will follow”.
