Led by former collegiate athletes, this specialized training focuses on high jump techniques, corrective training, and personalized coaching at track meets.

Credit Pass - Sessions | Pricing Options
With your purchase, you receive in-person High Jump Workouts along with a set number of sessions/credits that can be allocated according to your individual needs and goals. We are committed to your development and long-term success. Based on proven best practices, optimal results are achieved by pairing High Jump Workouts with High Jump-Specific Strength-Speed Training & Recovery.
Your credits may be flexibly divided and redeemed at your discretion across the following training options:
- On-the-Track Sprint Workouts – Offered four days per week
- Sport- or Event-Specific Training (Long Jump, Triple Jump, Hurdles, High Jump, Throws, Football) – See schedule for availability
- Track-Specific Strength & Speed Training – Offered three days per week
- Active Recovery & Muscular Re-education – Availability varies by offering

📅 Scheduling
- Mandatory Scheduling: Each session must be scheduled prior to class
- Clients may schedule sessions at their discretion using their available credit passes. When booking, please search for the appropriate training event for each day you wish to apply a credit.
- Training Event Availability

❌ Cancellations
- Must be made at least 1.5 hours before your session.
