CORRECTIVE TRACK TRAINING

The corrective program includes two 90-minute 1-on-1 or small group sessions designed for clients who completed an evaluation and ready to continue the on-boarding process or those in need of specific corrective training.


The 2 Corrective sessions

deliver targeted Training’s focused on improving athletic coordination & balance, correcting running form & block starts, and address muscle imbalances to maximize performance.


Corrective training is critical to accelerating

your development process and prepares new clients to transition confidently into Phase 3, MIT group training.
