With your purchase, you receive in-person RECOVERY STEM SESSION  along with a set number of sessions/credits that can be allocated according to your individual needs and goals. We are committed to your development and long-term success. Based on proven best practices, optimal results are achieved by pairing RECOVERY STEM WORKOUTS  with  SPRINT WORKOUTS & Strength-Speed & Power Training & Recovery.


Your credits may be flexibly divided and redeemed at your discretion across the following training options:


  • On-the-Track Sprint Workouts – Offered four days per week


  • Sport- or Event-Specific Training (Long Jump, Triple Jump, Hurdles, High Jump, Throws, Football) – See schedule for availability


  • Track-Specific Strength & Speed Training – Offered three days per week


  • Active Recovery & Muscular Re-education – Availability varies by offering

  • Reminder: All new clients must complete an Evaluation or On-Boarding before their first session.

  • You can use the UpperHand Website or Download the UpperHand app for easy scheduling, changes, and cancellations.

  • Mandatory Scheduling: Each session must be scheduled prior to class
  • Clients may schedule sessions at their discretion using their available credit passes. When booking, please search for the appropriate training event for each day you wish to apply a credit.

❌ Cancellations


  • Must be made at least 1.5 hours before your session.


  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in a lost training credit.
