Led by former collegiate athletes, this specialized training focuses on long jump and triple jump techniques, corrective training, and personalized coaching at track meets.


MIT’s Jump Training program has produced:

  • Collegiate & Professional-Level Athletes

With your purchase, you receive in-person Long & Triple Jump  Workouts  along with a set number of sessions/credits that can be allocated according to your individual needs and goals. We are committed to your development and long-term success. Based on proven best practices, optimal results are achieved by pairing Long & Triple Jump Workouts with LJ & TJ-Specific Strength-Speed Training & Recovery.


Your credits may be flexibly divided and redeemed at your discretion across the following training options:


  • On-the-Track Sprint Workouts – Offered four days per week


  • Sport- or Event-Specific Training (Long Jump, Triple Jump, Hurdles, High Jump, Throws, Football) – See schedule for availability


  • Track-Specific Strength & Speed Training – Offered three days per week


  • Active Recovery & Muscular Re-education – Availability varies by offering

  • Mandatory Scheduling: Each session must be scheduled prior to class

❌ Cancellations


  • Must be made at least 1.5 hours before your session.


  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in a lost training credit.
