TRACK TRAINING

This service is for developmental & elite sprinters and distant runners ages 6 to 18 looking for detailed track training to increase their performance. MIT guarantees that your child will get better and become more confident in their track and field ability.


MIT strategic approach includes targeted strength and agility training at our own fitness center to compliment on the track training at elite indoor tracks including the University of Minnesota and Minneapolis Sports Center.


Staffed by former college track stars and professional athletes, we have developed a “Blue Print” that works and focuses on identifying and correcting deficiencies, great workouts, and participation in local and national track meets.
