A high-level Skill Development Program

Maximum Impact Training and its staff are pleased to offer our Pre-Season Athletic Development Program. This is an opportunity for ages 7 through 18, to learn skills to rise above the competition at a more advanced level. These sessions will stress basic skill development in a fun and safe environment. Other features will include:


This Pre-Season program is designed to enhance the growth and development of athletes who are serious about their game, and who are willing to get better EVERY day. Each session will include drills designed to challenge the athlete’s physical and mental capacity, along with being able to execute in-competition.


  • Stimulus: Sport-Specific Speed | Position-Specific Skills
  • Technical: Run Mechanics & Competition Speed
  • Physical: Athletic Development | Strength & Power Training
  • Get Faster | Move Quicker | Jump Higher | Dominate



Credit Pass - Sessions | Pricing Options


With your purchase, you receive in-person Athletic Development Workouts   along with a set number of sessions/credits that can be allocated according to your individual needs and goals. We are committed to your development and long-term success. Based on proven best practices, optimal results are achieved by pairing Sprint Workouts  with  Strength-Speed & Power Training & Recovery.


Your credits may be flexibly divided and redeemed at your discretion across the following training options:


  • On-the-Track Sprint Workouts – Offered four days per week


  • Sport- or Event-Specific Training (Long Jump, Triple Jump, Hurdles, High Jump, Throws, Football) – See schedule for availability


  • Track-Specific Strength & Speed Training – Offered three days per week


  • Active Recovery & Muscular Re-education – Availability varies by offering

  • Mandatory Scheduling: Each session must be scheduled prior to class
