This service is a great opportunity to sample MIT training and for us to assess your athletic ability and deficiencies, to learn more about your sports goals and suggest next steps to ensure your success.

The Goal Is To Assess The Deficiencies; in your running & jumping mechanics, strength imbalances, and provide corrective self-management drills to accelerate your athletic development process.

If you are new to Maximum Impact Training, we highly suggest signing up for On-Boarding to accelerate your training success. This service includes 2-3 sessions: Evaluation and corrective sessions to master new techniques & prepare to join experienced training groups. The sessions are expected to be completed within 10 days of start.
