We provide event specific detailed training in the areas of; Hurdles, Jumps and Throws. We also incorporate correcting running mechanics, speed development and apply power- specific trainings with emphasizes on full body strengthening to maximize your power for the duration of your event.

    • Scheduling: You are required to schedule all session through website
    • Re-Scheduling: You are required to Re-Schedule dates 12 hours prior to training date. If not you will lose that training session credit and there will be no refund
    • Payment: Payment must be paid in advance via website or in person before athlete can start

Ruby Stauber – Wyzata HS

In 2014 Ruby started MIT running the 800m in 2:25 and by 2016 she lowered the time to 2:03 which earned her a Nationald All-American Honors, an opportunity to participate in USA Junior World Team and a scholarship to the LSU Tigers

Tnia Riley – Minneapolis North HS

In 2013 Tnia started MIT running the 100m in 12.5 and the 200m in 25.6 and by the summer of 2016 the sophomore MSHL State 1A 100m and 200m Champion lowered her times to 11.92 and 24.5 and has earned 5 AAU All American recognition over the past 3 years

Bryn Sauer – Rocori HS – Track & Field

In Fall of 2015 Bryn started MIT running the 800m in 2:26 and by the summer of 2016 she lowered the time to 2:15 which earned her 1st place at the AAU Junior Olympic Games in Houston, TX and AAU National Champion status and interest from many Division 1 colleges
