GETTING STARTED

  1. All Youth & Adult Participants Must Purchase & Submit AAU Membership to MIT before starting
  2. On-Boarding
    • All new clients must compete one 1on1 Training- Evaluation before starting group training
    • We highly suggest all client 12+ complete “On-Boarding Program” Fusionetics Test & Corrective Program Training

PAYMENTS

  • Payment Due On or Before First Session
  • Training Packages Expiration Packages cannot be carried over 60 Days. Packages need to be used within 60 Days of Start Date
  • Expiring Packages  will not be refunded or carried over

RE-SCHEDULING

  • You will be notified by Upper Hand App of upcoming training date. At that time if you want to reschedule training you must message the trainer and they will contact you to set up a new date
  • If you do not re-schedule before the training date, then you will lose that date & there will be no refund

LIABILITY

  • AAU Membership provides training and practice Liability Insurance
    • www.aausports.org
  • All Participants must submit application which includes a liability waiver.

Liability Waiver

I, the parent/guardian of the registered, minor participant agree to abide by the rules stated in the information Packet and pay participation fees for the training programs. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with the fitness and training components activities, I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify MIT and its affiliated organizations, partners and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for the programs, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant’s participation in the program and/or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize. I also understand that MIT has no liability insurance coverage on my child and that my child is covered by my personal insurance.
