Classes limited to 8 participants per class. Track Training & Strength training are two different events. Credits DO NOT transfer between events. Events are separate, unless you purchased a monthly package.

Purchasing & Scheduling
Separate packages must be purchased for Strength Training verses Track Training
- Strength Training Credits: Can only be used for Strength Training
- Track Training Credits: Can only be used for Track Training
- Monthly Packages: Session can be used for Strength & Track Training
Monthly Unlimited: 17 Credits/Days for $350
- Credits can be used for Strength & Track Training
- For clients who will train 3 or more days per week.
- Best to purchase first week of month. No carryover to next month if you purchase in middle of month.
Cancellations & Re-Scheduling
Cancel 4-hours prior to your scheduled start time. No shows are subject to class/credit loss. Download the Upper Hand app for easier purchasing, cancellations & scheduling of class credits.
